Blue Heaven Leaven

This is a magnificent bread made with honest ingredients and substantial effort. Combining organic white, whole grain and rye flours with natural local leaven and over 24 hrs of fermentation, it has a complex flavor with a wonderful tang that isn't overpowering. Just great bread. Pure and Simple.
